YogaSetu: marketplace platform
A hyperlocal yoga-class marketplace with dedicated pages for 92 localities across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.
The brief
People look for yoga classes by neighbourhood ("yoga classes near me in Andheri"), not by trainer name. Independent trainers had no affordable way to show up for those searches, and class fees were rarely published, so students could not compare options.
What we built
We designed and built YogaSetu as a custom PHP/MySQL platform organised around locality, not trainer. Every locality, nagar and sector gets its own indexable page generated from structured geo data, so a trainer who lists once is discoverable across the whole neighbourhood.
A public fee board built from real trainer fees gives students transparency, and enquiries are routed to listed trainers nearby. Trainers list from ₹99 with no per-lead fees and no commission. The build ships with FAQ, Organization and WebSite structured data plus an llms.txt file so AI assistants can understand and cite it.
